Here at HCF, we like to squelch rumors as quickly as possible. Here are the rumors we've either confirmed or debunked — can you tell fact from fiction?
Henry Cavill is going to play Edward Cullen/Carlisle Cullen/Bella Swan/a sheep in the Twilight movie. [top]
Fiction. William Morris Agency has confirmed that Henry was offered the script but turned it down; he did not audition for any role in the film.
Henry Cavill is dating Tudors co-star Natalie Dormer. [top]
Fiction. He is currently tight-lipped about his New Zealander girlfriend, according to a 2008 issue of US Weekly.
Henry Cavill is married to Sarah Keno. [top]
Fiction. This information first appeared on Wikipedia, then later on IMDB. A representative from William Morris Agency has confirmed: "Unless Henry got married last night at midnight, he is not married." (12 December 2007)
Henry Cavill speaks 9 languages fluently. [top]
Fiction. Henry confirmed that he speaks only English and French fluently, but is conversational in Italian and German and can order a beer in Czech.
Henry Cavill is gay. [top]
Fiction. He has stated numerous times on message boards that, even though some of his good friends are gay, he himself is not.

Undetermined. There are 14 profiles claiming to be Henry, while he himself stated in April of 2007 that he does not have a Myspace profile. There is one that is convincing, as it uses a never-seen photograph and is set to private, though it could be a more elaborate hoax.
